As your new Property Management company, we are pleased to have the endorsement of your Board of Directors and the opportunity to offer you our rental program this winter.  You have recently received a letter from the Killington Resort stating their intent to withdraw from the Whiffletree rental offering and we are prepared to step in and offer you an individualized and professionally managed rental program for this upcoming winter.

Bob Montgomery has recently met with your Board President, Stan Nilsen, Board member Deena Mack and John Dithmer, Vice President of Lodging at Killington to help facilitate this transition.  We will have an on-site office at Whiffletree to maintain our presence there for rentals, as well as property management services.

In response to the requests from many of your fellow homeowners with whom we have met for an alternative short term rental program, we have included on this website a simple information form for your review, completion and return.  There are also places to register any request you may have for services in your condominium, such as carpet/textile cleaning, repairs, etc.
