After enjoying twenty years as one of New England’s largest and most successful resort rental and property management, real estate sales and development companies, based in Killington, Vermont, The Killington Group was recently re-born to service vacation home and investment properties in the Killington-Pico Resort region.
The recent change in ownership of the Killngton and Pico Resorts formed the impetus for the emergence of The Killington Group as an alternative to fill the individual property owner’s property management, condominium association and rental services needs. We focus on our local community of vacation homeowners here in Killington and Pico.
