Sally Sweet began working in 1983 with Mountain Management, the corporate entity now doing business as Wise Vacations, and became the owner in 1997. Wise Vacations sold its association management accounts last year. Wise is now focused solely on vacation rental management for condo resorts and private homes, as well as property management for individual owners.
Experience as:
Association manager for local condominiums (Northside at Pico, Country Grove – Rutland, Wintergreen – Pittsfield, Colony Club, Telemark Village, Valley Park).
“Turn-around” manager for the Woods Resort and Spa (107 units) for 3 ½ years to effect financial, governmental, legal, cultural and physical restoration, with the goal achieved of converting the association to competent self-management in 2005
Rental manager for numerous local condominium resorts, including but not only Edgemont in Killington Village (desired leaving Killington’s program to avoid discounted, lower revenue rentals), Sunrise in Killington East (desired an alternative to Killington to allow owners an opportunity to have more tailored rental options), Killington based inn properties (eg., North Star Lodge, Snowed Inn) and private homes.
