The Killington Group is staffed and equipped to provide or coordinate Construction services for our Property Management properties OR for independent vacation/investment property owners in the Killington and Pico region of Vermont.
Whether it be an outside deck repair or roof replacement or major new construction, we can help. We also offer design services, kitchen appliance upgrades, bathroom fixture replacement and upgrade, painting services, contract furniture sources, carpet pricing…all at our pre-negotiated contract rates with local vendors.
The resources of The Killington Group are varied, experienced with vacation home properties and professionally qualified. Our vendors and subcontractors are all appropriately licensed and insured, for their, our and YOUR protection.
